A Brief Background to ARS Recruitment

ARS Recruitment was established in 1990 and now has an international network of ARS Principals with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland.

Each of the 12 ARS Principals have an ownership interest in ARS Recruitment, which ensures that you are receiving personal service from an owner, whilst gaining the benefits of dealing with a national business. Each of the ARS Principals has a minimum of 5 years experience in the Recruitment industry and 10-20 years at senior levels within industry and commerce. ARS has completed over 4000 assignments since 1990, acting for over 500 clients and servicing recruitment within Australia and New Zealand as well as Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Indonesia.

During this time we have operated in just about every industry sector and worked on positions on all levels in those organisations concerned. The diverse industry and recruitment backgrounds of our Principals ensures that we have access to the resources to take on any assignment.
